This Processing Time Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from LL Designs (“Seller”). By placing an order, the customer (“Buyer”) acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Handmade Production Timeline
All items offered by Seller are handmade and created to order. Processing time refers to the period required to create the item before it is shipped. Current processing time is 6-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time begins once the order is successfully placed and payment is received.
2. Processing Time vs. Shipping Time
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Buyer acknowledges that selecting an upgraded shipping method (e.g., Priority, UPS, FedEx) affects delivery speed only and does not shorten the processing time required to create the item.
3. Order Queue and Production Schedule
Orders are completed in the order they are received. Seller reserves the right to adjust processing times during peak seasons, holidays, or due to material availability. Any changes will be reflected in the shop announcement or product listings.
4. Custom Orders and Special Requests
Custom requests may require additional processing time. Seller will communicate any extended timelines before work begins. Buyer is responsible for confirming all details prior to production.
5. Acceptance of Processing Time
By completing a purchase, Buyer acknowledges that they have reviewed and accepted the stated processing time and understands that delays caused by incorrect information, late communication, or carrier issues are outside Seller’s control.
