Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made from LL Designs (“Seller”). By placing an order, the customer (“Buyer”) acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.

1. Free Shipping Eligibility
Seller offers free standard shipping on orders totaling $60 or more (before tax and after discounts). Orders below this threshold will incur standard shipping fees as displayed at checkout.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Seller ships orders using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The carrier and service level selected at checkout determine the delivery speed. Buyer acknowledges that shipping time is separate from processing time and begins only after the order has been completed and handed to the carrier.

3. Upgraded Shipping Options
Buyer may select expedited or upgraded shipping at checkout. Upgraded shipping affects transit time only and does not accelerate Seller’s processing time. Buyer is responsible for selecting the appropriate shipping method for their needs.

4. Delivery Issues and Carrier Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Seller is not responsible for delays, lost packages, misdeliveries, or damage occurring in transit. Any delivery issues must be reported directly to the carrier. Seller will assist Buyer with documentation if needed.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Seller is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by Buyer.

6. Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped. Buyer is responsible for monitoring the tracking status and contacting the carrier with any delivery concerns.

7. Acceptance of Shipping Terms
By completing a purchase, Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy, including the distinction between processing time and shipping time.
