No Cancellations, No Returns, No Refunds

All items in my shop are handmade and made to order, created specifically according to the size and options selected at checkout. For this reason, all sales are final.

• No cancellations — production begins immediately after your order is placed.
• No returns — items are custom-made and cannot be restocked.
• No refunds — each piece is created by hand for your order.

Please review all sizing charts, measurements, and order details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about sizing or customization, I’m happy to help before you place your order.

If there is an issue with your order upon arrival, please contact me within 24 hours with photos so I can assist.
