Shipping policy

Processing Time

All items are handmade and made to order. Standard processing time is listed on each product page. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order is completed, it will be shipped using the method selected at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your package is accepted by the carrier, delivery speed and updates are outside of my control.

Delays caused by USPS, UPS, or any shipping carrier are not the responsibility of the shop.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
The shop is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery.
The shop is not responsible for:

• Lost packages
• Stolen packages
• Delayed packages
• Packages marked “delivered” but not received


Customers must file a claim directly with the carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 24 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging so I can assist.
