All items in this shop are handmade and made to order. Production begins shortly after an order is placed. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide accurate sizing and order details.

All Sales Are Final

Because each item is created specifically for your order, all sales are final.
This includes:

• No cancellations
• No returns
• No refunds

Please review all product descriptions, sizing charts, and customization options carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations

Cancellations are not accepted once an order is submitted. Production begins quickly, and materials are prepared specifically for your item.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the custom, handmade nature of each product, this shop does not accept returns or issue refunds. Items cannot be resold or restocked once created.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 24 hours with clear photos so I can assist.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Selecting the correct size
• Reviewing all product details
• Providing accurate shipping information

The shop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
